Park City Utah View map

Park City, Utah is a 35-minute ride from Salt Lake City International Airport and sits nestled at about 7,000 feet above sea level in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah.  Silver mining started the city that eventually incorporated in 1884.

Park City’s transformation to one of the premier skiing destinations in the world was marked by the first ski lift installation in 1946.  Since then, the “Greatest Snow on Earth” has been falling on all three world-class resorts– Deer Valley Resort, Park City Mountain Resort, and Canyons Resort.

Ski season, depending on snow conditions, usually begins in November and ends at the end of April, meaning that it is time to start enjoying all the other outdoor activities Park City has to offer like hiking, mountain biking, outdoor concerts, and arts festivals.
