MOUNTAIN BIKING

SUMMER WILDFLOWER FESTIVAL
The Wasatch Wildflower Festival is an annual event showcasing the magnificent display of wildflowers in Alta’s Albion Basin. The day’s events usually include guided wildflower walks, live music and great food.

With over 300 varieties of wildflowers in Albion Basin alone, the festival is a great way to familiarize yourself with these colorful flowers. Depending on weather, the flowers begin blooming in late June and reach peak season around mid-July.

With many hiking trails through these fabulous meadows, this is a perfect time to escape some of that summer heat and head up to the mountains. Call us at 888 ALTA 840 for more information on the best times and places to see the wildflowers.
